Who are we?
448 FOOD BANK (HQ)

448 Food Bank was founded by Dr Joseph Pang in September 2013. The name 448 origins from a movement that Dr Joseph Pang created. The movement calls for volunteers to dedicate 4 hours every month to be involved in our food bank activities to help the community in need. This 4 hours dedication represents the first 4 in the name 448. The next 48 represents the total hours a volunteer would be volunteering in a year. Combining 4 hours per month and 48 hours per year, thus the name 448.

HOL Food Bank is to :

Unite all strength to join hand in charity work
Encourage only 4 hours of social service every month
Create a platform for those who love to do charity service
A combination of government and private sector, to establishment the 448 Food Bank service center

Purpose & Objective:

Depending on the location need to set up the 448 Food Bank service center and targeting to adopt 100 family’s for each branch
To Provide 60% of their need in monthly to distribution the food to the poor, single, old folks & disease family
To provide help to those who really need our help and work with local community, council, authority, parliamentary, corporate company, private sector, college, NGO body, religion body, welfare department and etc.

Combine the strength of the public to create a warm and harmonious country
To reconstruction enthusiasts of love and care
Reduce the community crime
Let each of the local people have the opportunity to participate in community service and contribution
